Cornerstone Community Bank is bringing local banking back to Owensboro and Daviess County. For the first time in decades, you can invest in a bank that's 100% locally owned, locally operated, and committed to keeping profits right here at home.
Join other local investors building Owensboro's newest bank
Cornerstone will be owned by a broad group of local investors, with no single individual or investor group holding a controlling interest. This structure supports long-term accountability, stability, and decisions made with the community in mind.

Our shareholders and board members live in our community. No distant shareholders. No out-of-state approvals. Just neighbors investing in neighbors.

We know there's a story behind every loan application and a family behind every account. We listen first, then find solutions.

When we succeed, our community succeeds. Our profits fuel local growth, support local causes, and strengthen the community that built us.
Cornerstone will be the first new Kentucky bank charter since 2009 and Owensboro's first truly locally-owned community bank in decades. This is a rare opportunity to invest at the ground level of a financial institution built for and by our community.
Our founding team brings together decades of experience across banking, business, agriculture, construction, law, and insurance.
